Get back in touch with your own rhythm by escaping the noise and pressure of daily life and immersing yourself in the beauty and solitude of nature.
In the Rocky Mountains or in your own community, take quiet walks along natural footpaths, soak in the scenery, and the peace of the serene landscape. Hug a tree, take a photo of a beautiful flower, dip your toes in a stream, or watch the stars.
Throughout the walk there will be designated times when conversing with others is discouraged and participants are encouraged to listen to nature. At the end of the day, a guided Circle will be offered to those who want it for private reflection or prayer.

Do I need special hiking boots ?
Sturdy hiking shoes or boots are required. Footwear should have good ankle support and soles that will grip well on dirt trails.
What clothing do I need ?
The main items you will need are a warm insulative layer (like a fleece jacket or wool sweater), comfortable clothes, and a waterproof raincoat.
I’m an extrovert and love talking with people. Can I come on this trip ?
Everyone is welcome and asked to respect the designated quiet periods on the trip.
